At Wize-z, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays will ship on the following Monday.
  • Each unit is inspected (when possible) to ensure proper functionality before shipment.

Shipping Methods

  • Retail Orders: Shipped via USPS.
  • Large Wholesale Orders: Shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • International Orders: Shipped via USPS International.
  • Expedited/Express Shipping: Available upon request during checkout.

  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Some products may not be in their original box or include manuals (details are provided in product descriptions).
  • All items are genuine branded products, purchased from closeout sales or wholesale auctions, and may be shelf-pulled, overstocked, refurbished, or customer-returned.
